If you want to send SMS's in Journey, you need to have credit. Here is how to top up.
Your Journey texting number is created and assigned to each club at the time of creation and cannot be changed.
Step 1. Go to settings > clubs > select desired club
Step 2. Select SMS
Manual Top Up
You can manually top up an amount of your choice larger than $1
Auto Top-Up
You can turn on 'Auto Top-Up' which will automatically add an amount of your choosing any time the balance goes below an amount of your choosing.
NOTE: Bank accounts cannot be used to top up SMS credit, only credit cards. You may need to go to settings > billing > add new payment method before you can continue topping up your SMS credit.
