Wouldn't it be wonderful if all our members would pay for their membership in full the day sign up? *Sigh* one can dream.

Journey has made it super simple for members to pay in full, find out how below!

Step 1. Create a new membership, or select an existing one. PLEASE NOTE: You do not NEED to create a new membership, you can add the option to pay in full to ANY of your existing memberships.

Step 2. Tick the Allow paying in full box

Step 3. If you want to incentivise members to pay for longer periods of time in advance, you can offer different pricing options. Make sure you press the tick symbol for every option.

PLEASE NOTE: If pay in full is selected, it with render the regular minimum term obsolete.

Step 4. Select the member you want to apply the membership to, and start the sign up process as per usual, then click the Pay in full checkbox.

This will add a box that asks you to select the term and payment option - the member can pay by cash, EFTPOS or direct debit.

PLEASE NOTE: You still have the option to adjust the fees and membership options as per usual.

Step 5. Click [Assign Membership]. You will be taken to the payment method page. If you have selected cash or EFTPOS as the payment method, you will still be given the option to collect they payment details, but you can also choose to skip this section.

Step 6. Collect the members signature and press [Agree and Confirm].

Step 7. They are now a paid in full member. You can view the date their membership ends on the Home tab or the Membership tab.
