On some occasions you might want to give away free memberships - perhaps to family or friends - here's how!
Step 1. Go to the lead profile of who you want to give the free membership
Step 2. Click [Sign Them Up]
Step 3. Select which membership type you want to give them for free
PLEASE NOTE: You do NOT need to create a separate, free, membership type.
Step 4. Turn on the 'Adjust pricing and fees' toggle
Step 5. Set all fee's to $0 and press [Assign Membership]
Step 6. You will still be given the option to collect a payment method, or you can simply press [Skip]
Step 7. The lead/member can read the agreements, and a signature will be collected. The press [Agree and Confirm]
The lead now has a free membership and no upcoming payments are scheduled!
PLEASE NOTE: If, in the future, any payments need to be collected, the members payment details will need to be added. This can be done by you in the members profile > billing > manage payments methods, or by the member in the member portal.
