When you want to view processed, dishonoured or scheduled payments, it is important to understand exactly what fees are being included in the total charge. Journey has made it super simple to understand payments by providing a clear breakdown of the different types of fees.

Scheduled Payments
You can view the next scheduled payment that is upcoming in the members profile > billing, or in the Upcoming Revenue Report. When you click on the transaction, a pop-up will appear with a break down of the fees and details.
You can delete the scheduled payment, change the date or change the amounts of the payment.
PLEASE NOTE: You can only change the Base Amount and the Transaction Fee, as the Merchant Fee is set by PayChoice. More information on PayChoice fees and settings HERE.
Overdue/Dishonoured Payments
You can view overdue/dishonoured payments in the members profile > billing, or in the Overdue Report. When you click on the transaction, a pop-up will appear with a break down of the fees and details.
You then have the option to manually reprocess this payment by pressing [Pay Owing Amount]. If this is successful, you will instantly see the section at the bottom update. You can click on each of these transactions to show a further break down, including the number of attempts.
PLEASE NOTE: There are automations that can be set up to automatically retry dishonoured payments. More information about automations HERE.
Processed Payments
You can view any previously processed payments in the members profile > billing, or in the Current Revenue Report. When you click on the transaction, a pop-up will appear with a break down of the fees and details, including any dishonour fees if the payment was an overdue one that was reprocessed.
You can click on each of these transactions to show a further break down, including the number of attempts.
The #ID at the top is a transaction identifier for PayChoice and can be used to request refunds if necessary.
