Finding members in Journey is easy and can be done in a few ways:
Using the top search bar
You can use the top search bar to find everything from classes, membership types, and of course - members.
You can search for a member using the following details:
Part or all of their first name
Part or all of their last name
Part or all of their email address
Part or all of their phone number
Using the 'Members List' tab on the left
In the members tab, you can search using all the same options as above, but you can also search for members based on their status, home club and tag - or a combination of these filters.
Finding member in classes
If you view members who have booked into a class, you can simply select the class and click 'Class Details'
This will take you to the attendance page where you can view all members that have booked, attended and that are on the wait list.
