Adding a member in Journey is easy and can be done by following these steps.
Step 1. Go to the 'Member List' tab.
Step 2. Click on '+ New Member'.
Step 3. Fill in your new member's details in the required fields.
Required fields include:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Home Club
Step 4. Select the member's 'Home Club' :
If you have multiple home clubs they will appear in the drop-down menu.
Step 5. Click on 'Create Member.
Note: Creating a new member will initially create them as a lead, their status will change as memberships, trials and packages are added and terminated.
